NOTARISATION OF COPIES OF DEEDS

For this procedure the presentation of the original documents to be notarised is required.

NOTARISATION/AUTHENTICATION OF THE SPECIMEN SIGNATURES AND THE TRANSLATOR’S SIGNATURE

For the specimen signature notarisation, it is mandatory that the requesting party appear before the notary public. In the case of the translator’s signature authentication, the presence thereof is required only the first time (when their signature specimen is registered in the Translators Register kept by the notary office).

CERTIFICATION OF FACTS

The Notary public can certify: the fact a person is alive; that a person is in a particular place; that the person in the photo is the same person requesting the certification; that a person, as a result of an order or notification, came on a certain day and at a certain time in a certain place, as well as take their declaration; results of lotteries, prize draw competitions, advertising lotteries organized by authorised entities under special regulations, unless otherwise indicated, by law, as competence of other bodies; certification of websites, software or other products, unless otherwise indicated by law, as competence of other bodies; certification of other facts that are not the exclusive competence of other bodies; minutes and resolutions of general meetings of shareholders / partners of companies

DEFINITE DATE NOTARIAL CERTIFICATE

This procedure sets the moment the existence of a private document cannot be challenged by third parties. It is available for any documents for which the law does not provide the authenticated form as a condition for the document’s validity.
